Who this is between

StakkPay makes Stakk. When you create an account, these terms are between you and StakkPay. A registered office is not published here. If you need the legal name or address for a contract, email support@stakk.cc.

What Stakk is

Software for selling digital products: a hosted store, checkout, and delivery. You are the seller. StakkPay is not the seller of your products, does not hold your customers' money, and is not the merchant of record.

Card payments go to the Stripe or PayPal account you connect. Crypto goes to the wallet you control. Stakk records the order and delivers the file, key, or access.

Accounts

You keep the login safe, and you are responsible for what the store sells. If you use Stakk for a company, you can agree to these terms for that company.

Fees

• Free is $0 a month, plus a 2% software fee on each sale.
• Pro is $19 a month, plus a 1% software fee on each sale.
• Business is $79 a month, with no software fee on the sale.

The software fee is for using Stakk. It is not Stakk taking the customer's payment. Stripe, PayPal, and network fees are charged by those providers, on your account. A paid month is billed in advance. See refunds for what is returned.

Your store

You choose the products, prices, taxes, and the refund rules buyers see. You need the right to sell what you list, and you give buyers the identity, pricing, and cancellation information the law requires of you.

Delivery is automatic after checkout. A wrong file, a missing key, or a refund is between you and the buyer. Stakk cannot send the money back, because it never received it.

What you cannot sell

Don't use Stakk for anything illegal, or for the things on the acceptable use page. If a store is used for fraud, malware, or anything we are not willing to host, we can take the product or the account down.

Your content

You keep the rights to your products, store copy, and files. You give StakkPay permission to host and display them so the store and checkout work. A product suggestion can be used to improve Stakk. We don't take ownership of your store.

The service can change

We will keep Stakk running, and we will tell you before a price change on a plan you are already paying for. Features can move. A particular integration, coin, or provider is not promised forever.

If something goes wrong

Stakk is provided as it is. We are not responsible for your products, your customers' purchases, a payment provider being down, or lost profits. If we are liable, it is limited to the Stakk fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

You are responsible for claims that come from your store, your products, or you breaking these terms.

Ending the account

You can stop using Stakk whenever you want. We can close an account that breaks these terms, or that we have to close for a legal reason. Orders that already happened stay on the record so you and your buyers can still see them.
