Refunds
A purchase from a store is refunded by that store. A Stakk plan fee is a payment to StakkPay, so it works differently.
Buying from a store
The seller sets the refund rules. The customer paid the seller's Stripe account, PayPal account, or crypto wallet. Stakk never received that money, so Stakk cannot refund it.
Ask the store. The receipt and the store page are where the rule is written.
Paying for a Stakk plan
Free is $0. Pro is $19 a month and Business is $79 a month, billed in advance. If you cancel, the plan stays until the end of the month you already paid. A partial month is not refunded.
A charge by mistake, or a bill after a plan you already cancelled, goes to support@stakk.cc. A billing error gets fixed.
